Airtable Services Sales Representative
Optimize IS is the #1 Airtable Services Partner and has been recognized as the Airtable Partner of the Year for 2024 & 2025. They are seeking an Account Executive who will manage the full sales cycle, conduct discovery calls, and build strong relationships with clients to help them leverage Airtable solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle for clients, from prospecting to closing
Conduct discovery calls to gain a deep understanding of clients’ operational challenges and goals
Present Airtable capabilities and position Optimize IS solutions as the ideal fit
Develop tailored proposals, demos, and Statements of Work in collaboration with technical teams
Negotiate contracts and manage deal closure
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Airtable’s partner team
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data
Stay current on Airtable updates, industry trends, and best practices in no-code solutions
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Airtable as an end-user and builder is required
5 or more years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or technology consulting sales
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including procurement, stakeholder management, and navigating complex decision-making
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and building long-term client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage executives and technical audiences alike
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and eager to earn based on performance
