Responsibilities
Run day-to-day warehouse operations with minimal supervision
Safely operate a forklift and manage material flow
Receive, store, stage, and ship finished goods and materials
Maintain accurate inventory records, lot tracking, and FIFO
Prepare and verify BOLs and outgoing shipments
Perform daily cooler, equipment, and forklift checks
Communicate clearly with drivers, suppliers, and production
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse
Qualification
Required
Forklift experience (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual English/Spanish (functional Spanish is sufficient)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes
Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping documentation
Dependable, steady, and adaptable in a production environment
Preferred
Food or beverage manufacturing/warehouse experience
Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, or audit-driven environments
