Regional Sales Manager
New Wave Recruiting is partnering with a fast-growing safety technology company that is redefining how organizations protect people and spaces. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas (TOLA) region, focusing on relationship-driven selling and managing the entire sales lifecycle across education and healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through close — across education and healthcare organizations
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed a $1.5M annual quota
Build and maintain strong relationships with both channel partners and end-users (this is not a faceless manufacturer model)
Create and manage a healthy pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting and detailed CRM documentation
Balance regional travel strategically (~25%) — ensuring partner visits are aligned with meaningful end-user engagement
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, product updates, and market conditions without losing momentum
Provide market feedback and competitive insights to help shape product and go-to-market strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to drive long-term customer success and retention
Become fluent in the product, use cases, and competitive landscape
Identify and map key target accounts across the TOLA region
Build a structured, actionable territory plan
Build a pipeline valued at 3–4x quota
Close initial deals
Establish a consistent meeting cadence with prospects and partners
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
Deliver accurate, reliable forecasts
Develop repeatable sales processes that scale across the region
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong pipeline discipline
Flexible and adaptable — comfortable in fast-moving, evolving environments
Proven B2B sales experience with full-cycle ownership
Strong relationship-builder who connects easily with diverse stakeholders
Data-driven approach to forecasting and territory management
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools
Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and accountability
Preferred
Sales experience in education and/or healthcare
Background in physical security, safety technology, or adjacent industries
