Responsibilities
Support day-to-day business development and outreach efforts
Attend crypto, blockchain, and Web3 conferences and events alongside the Founder
Assist with networking, follow-ups, and relationship management with protocols, founders, and ecosystem partners
Conduct basic research on Web3 protocols, startups, and market trends
Schedule meetings, manage follow-ups, and maintain the BD pipeline
Help coordinate potential partnerships, collaborations, and introductions
Maintain records of outreach, meetings, and key insights
Qualification
Required
Based in Hollywood, Florida, and available for on-site work and travel
Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
Strong interest in business development, startups, crypto, and Web3
Comfortable with outreach and communication (email, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
Organized, proactive, and confident in networking environments
Technical expertise not required; willingness to learn is key
Preferred
Previous Web3 exposure is a plus, but not mandatory
