Diamond Accelerator is a national consulting and marketing agency dedicated exclusively to medical aesthetic practices, and they are searching for a Sales Superstar to join their remote team. The role involves driving growth and revenue by converting qualified prospects into clients and managing a pipeline of potential customers.
Responsibilities
Take charge of your CRM and database, managing a pipeline of potential customers like a pro
Handle inbound appointments booked on your calendar
Conduct 45-60 minute meetings with prospects, showcasing the value of our services and turning interest into action
Ensure all contracts are signed, payments are collected, and clients are smoothly enrolled into our programs
Collaborate with management to ensure lead quality and maintain high standards on every call
Follow up with prospects and actively seek new opportunities during downtime
Stay self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently striving to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results

Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in sales and in the medical aesthetic industry minimum (additional sales experience is a plus)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of our services
Strong time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks while staying organized and focused
A flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves a good challenge
