Select Source International is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative for their Employer Solutions Call Center. The role involves providing excellent customer service by answering inbound calls, processing documents, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate, professional customer support
Follow all quality program guidelines and required call scripts
Ensure security procedures are followed in every interaction
Utilize DE and all applicable systems to retrieve program information and resolve caller inquiries
Communicate correct and complete information in every interaction
Maintain required call handling times while applying all file facts
Process incoming Level 1 documents between calls
Meet all quality, productivity, processing, and call performance goals
Follow all processing guidelines and departmental procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Assist with additional processing tasks as needed

Required

Strong customer service skills and professional phone presence
Ability to read, interpret, and decipher file details accurately
Ability to use de-escalation techniques on calls
High attention to detail while handling calls and processing files
Strong keyboarding and basic computer skills
Ability to use PC, phone, double monitors, and standard office equipment
Ability to maintain patient and data confidentiality
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and within restricted timeframes
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment
High School Diploma or GED required
