Develop and maintain business relationships with real estate investors, owners, and brokers
Correspond with clients via phone, email and in-person meetings
Review property-level financial information to determine potential loan options and feasibility
Stay informed and up to date with evolving commercial real estate finance guidelines
Oversee the loan process from engagement to closing
Qualification
Required
