Responsibilities

Provide primary application support for Informatica PowerCenter, Collibra Data Governance Center, and Cloudera Navigator applications at Cigna

Manage the troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements, and customer expectations. Serve as an expert in specific aspects of infrastructure design

Coordinate with users to determine requirements

Partner with IT leadership on engineering related issues and strategies

Required

Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of IT experience (or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of IT experience)

Must have experience with: infrastructure support and administration of Informatica; ETL administration; and ensuring infrastructure and application stability through preventative maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing long-term solutions
