Regional Sales Manager, Northeast

They are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to establish and grow their presence in the Northeast U.S., focusing on new business development and building relationships with various stakeholders in the security industry.
Responsibilities
Lead efforts to quickly establish and grow our presence in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan, build a strong pipeline, and own the full sales cycle from lead gen to close
Identify and cultivate opportunities at the end-user level, forge relationships with integrators, installers, and distributors, and expand into untapped markets
Strengthen ties with resellers, wholesalers, and reps; provide training, tools, and resources; and co-develop strategies for mutual success
Engage directly with customers and partners, build trust through expertise, and show persistence in overcoming obstacles
Deliver training programs, stay ahead of trends and competitors, and use insights to refine strategies
Work with internal teams and report on performance with actionable insights
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in security, access control, technology, or related fields
Proven track record of building and growing new territories
Strong understanding of security integration, installation, and distribution channels
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, independent, and willing to travel 50-70% within the region
