Responsibilities
Engage with clients by phone—outbound calls with a provided list
Follow up with homeowners who didn’t convert during their initial HVAC service visit
“Clean up” and manage our membership database to ensure accuracy
Deliver legendary customer service with a friendly, upbeat personality
Represent the Fix-It 24/7 brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
Attend company-sponsored events (like Rockies and Broncos games) to represent Fix-It 24/7 and sign up new members on-site
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and self-driven—you thrive on achieving goals
Never met a stranger—people naturally connect with you
Strong phone sales experience and proven communication skills
Solid computer skills to manage data and client notes
A great personality and positive attitude that lights up the room
