AWT Labels & Packaging is a leading manufacturer of custom labels and packaging solutions. The Network & Security Administrator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining network infrastructure and IT security policies across all AWT locations, while also mentoring other IT team members.

Responsibilities

Implement and support network infrastructure components and services (e.g., firewalls, routers, switches, APs, VPN, RADIUS, etc.)

Perform proactive network device maintenance, including firmware updates, patches, and hot fixes

Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers in the areas of networking, security, and Internet access

Perform security monitoring and automation

Act as an escalation point to other IT staff, providing support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve networking issues

Make recommendations and participate in the selection and development of network and security tools, policies, and procedures

Develop and perform cybersecurity incident response plans and procedures

Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and standards

Assist in general IT troubleshooting as needed
