Responsibilities
Manage collections and credit activities for a large, diverse customer base
Review aging reports, monitor payment trends, and follow up on past-due balances
Evaluate customer credit limits and risk categories based on payment history
Research unapplied cash, credits, and short payments
Resolve disputes in coordination with internal teams
Maintain accurate customer master data and documentation
Utilize customer portals for billing uploads and payment follow-up
Track DSO and flag high-risk accounts for escalation
Qualification
Required
SAP experience is required (hands-on AR/credit functionality)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Proven experience in AR, Credit, and Collections
Highly organized, responsive, and accountable work style
Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
Strong communication skills and follow-through
Preferred
Contract-to-hire is strongly preferred
