Outbound Sales Development Representative
TRULEO is an Agentic AI platform trusted by over 1,100 agencies, focused on enhancing law enforcement operations. The Outbound Sales Development Representative will leverage their law enforcement background to conduct outbound prospecting, educate potential clients, and generate leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume cold calling to law enforcement agencies
Research and identify target agencies and key decision-makers (chiefs, sheriffs, command staff)
Use your law enforcement background to build immediate credibility and rapport
Navigate agency hierarchies to reach the right contacts
Educate prospects on TRULEO's platform and how it solves real agency pain points
Qualify leads based on agency size, budget authority, pain points, and buying timeline
Schedule qualified discovery meetings and demos
Maintain detailed notes and accurate records in CRM
Track outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
Build relationships with agency contacts even before they're ready to buy
Follow up persistently but professionally with prospects over multiple touch points
Represent TRULEO's mission and values in every interaction
Qualification
Required
Former law enforcement professional based in Greenville, SC
Comfortable making phone calls and talking to law enforcement
Strong communicator with natural credibility when speaking to chiefs, sheriffs, and officers
Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage a high volume of outreach
Self-motivated, persistent, and competitive with a drive to exceed targets
