Own end-to-end digital product design from concept to delivery, including visuals, UX, UI, and interaction design
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to understand business and user needs
Develop polished design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, flows, and visual compositions
Conduct rapid prototyping, user testing, and iteration to refine design solutions
Solve complex design problems using data, insights, and a user-centered approach
Communicate design rationale clearly and inspire innovative approaches within the team
Ensure a consistent look and feel across all project components and maintain high design quality standards
Stay updated on emerging digital, UX/UI, and e-commerce design trends
Qualification
Required
4+ years of professional experience in digital product design with expertise in visual and UX design
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and product thinking
Proven experience designing for complex digital platforms or large-scale websites
Advanced proficiency with Figma and Principle for creating high-fidelity prototypes
Experience presenting and pitching creative ideas with openness to feedback and collaboration
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver cohesive, high-quality designs
Experience working with design systems, consumer insights, and iterative development environments
Preferred
Experience with UI motion design tools such as After Effects
Exposure to 3D or AR prototyping and conceptual design
Agency or fast-paced product environment experience where quick pivots are required
Passion for innovation, technology, and crafting high-impact visual experiences
