They are seeking a highly motivated IT Engineer to help run and improve their enterprise IT environment, providing Tier 1/Tier 2 support and working closely with IT and security operations teams.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 IT support to employees (hardware, software, access)

Troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, operating systems, and SaaS tools

Support onboarding and offboarding (devices, accounts, access)

Manage tickets and communicate clearly with users

Escalate issues appropriately while learning how to resolve them independently

Help manage the device fleet (MDM, patching, replacements)

Assist with identity and access management (SSO, MFA, permissions)

Document fixes, workflows, and common issues

Look for ways to reduce repeat problems and manual work

Assist with security-related tasks (phishing reports, endpoint alerts, audits)
