Responsibilities
Manage past dues, balance dues and credits on assigned accounts
Recommend deliquent accounts to be placed on cash and/or with an outside collection agency to manage
Discover and corrects billing errors
Send supporting documentation to customer as required
Work closely with Service Center Managers and Account Managers
Ensure timely payments on customer's accounts
Continuously improve processess
Qualification
Required
Written and oral communication skills
Can work in a fast paced environment
Basic math skills
Basic computer knowledge including Excel, Outlook
Fluent in English
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be at least 18 years of age
