GE Vernova is a part of GE Renewables Grid LLC, and they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and supervise a team of Technical Project Managers and Customer Order Engineers. The role involves ensuring the execution of contracts, managing customer satisfaction, and overseeing project delivery and performance.

Responsibilities

Assume ownership of orders at order transfer by Production Sales Specialist (PSS) after review

Define action plans to resolve outstanding issues at order transfer

Report gross margin of orders booked. Responsible for leading and directing all customer project management

Ensure delivery of customer contracts are compliant to the requirements of the contract (technical specification, scope and time of delivery) leading to full customer satisfaction and business objectives of gross margin, revenue recognition and cash are met

Perform project reviews and risks and opportunities management in line with business guidelines

Monitor the budget and detect opportunities for raising claims in case customer deviates from contract terms & specification

Address customer responses on priority to ensure customer’s satisfaction and confidence towards the organization. Co-ordinate efforts with customer care to ensure timely resolution of warranty issues

Ensure proper dialogue for resolution of disputes (delays, cancellation, change in scope)

Ensure adequate planning and productive time for customer during FAT visits

Customer invoicing in line with contractual milestones

Cash-in improvement

Follow-up and reduction of overdues in line with business objectives

Provide forecast to the E&C team for planning resources (monthly update on contracts requiring E&C) Invoicing of E&C services

Required

Master's degree from an accredited university or college or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years leadership experience in Project Management in a manufacturing environment
