Responsibilities

Provide leadership and management of the office, including administration, supervision of staff and other day-to-day responsibilities associated with a remote office

Articulate and position full spectrum of KSM services and solutions to potential customers and key executive decision makers

Focus on relationship-building by establishing and maintaining appropriate professional networks

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and solutions to meet their accounting, tax, and advisory needs

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, developing new business opportunities and expanding service offerings

Manage large, complex accounts and ensure exceptional client satisfaction

Possess a complete knowledge of the Firm’s philosophy on financial, tax, and consulting matters, work quality and application of professional and Firm standards

Maintain contact with clients throughout the year; possesses a thorough knowledge of the client and all facets of client’s business

Plan, schedule, and staff engagements using firm policies and procedures

Communicate progress of engagements, problems and resolutions to client through written and oral correspondences

Maintain knowledge of general economic and political trends of possible tax or other legislation that could affect the business climate
