Responsible for driving reliability, observability, and operational excellence for mobile (iOS & Android) applications
Lead design and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and reliability frameworks for native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) apps
Define SLIs/SLOs for mobile and web platforms
Oversee proactive monitoring scripts and dashboards for application health
Guide RCA processes and ensure preventive measures are implemented
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to embed reliability into SDLC
Mentor team members and ensure knowledge sharing through documentation and KBs
Drive DevOps maturity assessment and roadmap execution

Required

10 plus years of experience
Responsible for driving reliability, observability, and operational excellence for mobile (iOS & Android) applications

Define SLIs/SLOs for mobile and web platforms

Expertise in Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and observability tools
Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Node.js)
Deep understanding of native Android and iOS architectures, app lifecycle, and crash handling
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and incident management workflows
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native automation
