Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Controls Engineer, supporting PLC-based logic control systems within a manufacturing facility
Develop, modify, and enhance PLC programs using RSLogix to improve equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of PLC and control system issues to minimize downtime
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions
Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements in a production environment
Work onsite with cross-functional teams to resolve real-time manufacturing and automation issues
Qualification
Required
Mid-level Controls Engineer (3-5 years exp.) with hands-on PLC programming experience
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related discipline)
Demonstrated ability to solve complex automation and control system problems
RSLogix / PLC Programming
Controls Troubleshooting
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Manufacturing Automation

Preferred
Medical device manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
