Qualification
Required
A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related bachelor's degree or higher, required
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
Must have experience with Cost/Spending, Project Deadlines, Maintenance Employee efficiency/effectivity, downtime, critical equipment performance
Must have leadership and management experience to include having direct reports and indirect reports
7 to 10 years of like experience is required
