Responsibilities
Set up and manage day-to-day operations of the Miami office
Provide high-level support to three senior executives, including the CEO
Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses
Oversee office logistics, vendors, conference rooms, and supplies
Coordinate reservations and ad-hoc requests as needed
Serve as a polished, professional presence representing the brand
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in office management and/or executive support
Highly organized, adaptable, and personable
Strong communication skills and professional judgment
Knowledge of the Miami area and landscape
Preferred
C-suite support experience strongly preferred
