Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents for Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases
Communicate with clients, creditors, and trustees to gather information and provide case updates
Draft bankruptcy-related motions, notices, and correspondence
Manage case deadlines and assist with hearings and court filings
Maintain and organize client files in compliance with legal standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Bankruptcy Paralegal experience at a law firm or in-house at a financial services firm
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred
A bachelor's degree is preferred
