Responsibilities
Manage renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and daily client service needs
Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage
Assist with new business marketing, applications, and quoting
Communicate professionally with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners
Maintain high retention through proactive client engagement
Identify cross-sell opportunities between personal and commercial lines
Support agency operations and workflow management
Ensure compliance with carrier and agency procedures
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in personal or commercial lines account management
Active Tennessee Property & Casualty license (required)
Experience with web-based agency management systems (EZLynx preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus
