Responsibilities
Greet and welcome everyone to Vantage Aviation, providing customers with professional service and assistance
Accurately receive, dispatch and process customer purchases and fuel transactions
Work closely with pilots and team member to ensure all customer service needs are met and/or exceeded
Maintain a working knowledge of the facilities, services and the surrounding areas
Replenish supplies in adherence to the Vantage standard, including but not limited to complimentary beverages and supplies
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Preferred
Competent Multi-tasker
Experience with telephone, computer, cash register, Point-of-Sale equipment
Ability to maintain records in a well-organized manner
Excellent verbal and written skills
Education and Experience – High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Ability to comprehend/perform basic math functions
1+ year experience in hospitality or related field
