Responsibilities

Manage the calendar as a strategic tool, not just a scheduling exercise
Ensure meetings lead to action
Own and manage key recurring processes, including maintaining tracking systems, drafting communications and managing documentation
Review and prioritize incoming information
Participate in work sessions to support brainstorming and long-term planning
Draft and manage executive communications, presentations, and first-draft documents
