Responsibilities
Manage project cost and revenue tracking, including payroll, expenses, materials, and purchase orders
Ensure contract compliance and accurate project setup through completion
Prepare and process weekly and monthly client invoices
Reconcile project activity to the general ledger, including AR and unbilled revenue
Prepare financial reports and metrics for leadership review
Partner with field managers to support documentation, assignments, and timely billing
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience supporting project cost accounting and accounts payable functions
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and collaborative team contributor
