Support safe transitions from hospital/rehab teams to ongoing home care

Deliver expert clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care

Train and mentor the ongoing care team to maintain the highest standards of quality

Qualification

Registered Nurse LicenseNICU/PICU/ICU experienceCPR CertificationHigh-tech simulationsTeaching ability

Required

Have a current license as a Registered Nurse (RN)

NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required

Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations

Hold current CPR certification

Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team

Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule

Ability to travel throughout Ocean County
