Providing comprehensive litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury cases
Preparing and reviewing legal documents
Conducting legal research
Organizing case files
Drafting pleadings and motions
Ensuring timely and accurate court filings
Communicating with clients, legal teams, and court personnel to support efficient case management and workflow
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one year of litigation experience required
Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar role
Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review
Experience conducting legal research and gathering case-relevant information
Proficiency in drafting pleadings and motions
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Familiarity with court filing systems and legal procedures
Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field required
