Aditi Consulting is seeking an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to support their operations. The role involves determining packaging solutions, supporting packaging operations, performing administrative tasks, and coordinating parts problem resolutions between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts traveling through the network

Support packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity

Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry, document preparation and email communication to support third-party packaging facility’s day-to-day operations

Coordinate the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders

Required

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Critical-thinking and decision-making skills

Ability to look at datasets

Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross-functional team

Experience working in a warehouse or production environment

Experience Warehouse Management Systems (SAP)

Knowledge of developing work standards

Administrative experience

Preferred

Ideally you will have a bachelor's degree in business or supply-chain or equivalent related work experience
