Responsibilities
Identify, investigate, and mitigate potential insider threat activities
Collaborate with SOC, HR, and Legal teams for incident triage and escalation
Leverage UEBA, SIEM, and DLP tools (e.g., Splunk, Exabeam, Microsoft Defender)
Create dashboards and reports for threat patterns and user behavior
Contribute to the continuous improvement of insider threat monitoring programs
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Cybersecurity with 2+ years in Insider Threat programs
Experience with behavioral analytics, DLP, and SIEM tools
Strong analytical, communication, and investigative skills
Preferred
Financial services background preferred
