Responsibilities

Update complex Excel documents containing payroll data including summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and nontaxable wages for purposes of audit

Perform collection of timecards and record hours worked in the payroll system

Track expense reports and ensure accurate matching with claimable receipts

Manage time adjustments in case of time errors

Make necessary entries or uploads to payroll data, which includes adjustments

Prepare off-cycle payrolls and manual checks as needed

Enter new hire information into the HRIS

Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll; review and ensure accuracy of approved electronic timesheets; track and deduct all payroll deductions

Execute expense report adjustments in payroll system

Meet quality and timeliness metrics in a high-volume environment

Adhere to established operating procedures & accounting controls

Process financial compensations or deductions including bonuses, garnishments, PTO & taxes

Answer employee questions about salaries, payments and taxes

Processing multi-state payroll for 300+ employees
