Responsibilities
Lead organizational change management activities for healthcare IT and digital transformation projects
Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted change and communication strategies
Develop and execute change management plans aligned with project delivery timelines
Prepare and deliver communications for diverse stakeholder groups
Design and develop training materials and curriculum to support process and system changes
Coach project teams and leaders on change readiness and adoption strategies
Support implementation of governance and operational delivery models in healthcare settings
Contribute to improvements in patient access and service delivery through change initiatives
Support implementations involving healthcare systems, including mobile and clinical solutions
Qualification
Required
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) – valid certification required
Prosci (ADKAR) Certification – required
10+ years of organizational change management experience for IT, process, or business transformation projects
7+ years in project management or team lead roles on healthcare projects
5+ years developing training materials and curriculum for healthcare process changes
At least one project supporting a large organization (1,000+ employees)
1+ year implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting
1+ year developing operational delivery models to improve patient access in healthcare
1+ year implementing new governance models in a healthcare environment
