Responsibilities

Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing assistance and troubleshooting for implemented Power Automate scripts to ensure their seamless operation and resolve any arising issues
Script Development: Design and develop new Power Automate scripts as per business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Optimization & Efficiency: Analyze and refactor existing Power Automate scripts to enhance performance and efficiency, integrating improvements where necessary
Documentation & Process Flow Improvement: Contribute to the development of comprehensive documentation for Power Automate scripts and create detailed process flows to support our automation initiatives
Workflow Conversion: Collaborate with team members to convert and integrate existing workflows into Power Automate within the SharePoint Online environment

Qualification

Microsoft Power AutomateSoftware development methodologiesAutomation scriptingDocumentation skills

Required

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows
Proven experience in automation scripting and testing
Exceptional documentation skills to ensure accurate and comprehensive project records
