Responsibilities

Accurately input and maintain workforce data in relevant systems
Generate, review, and distribute staffing, performance, and other WFM reports
Manage and resolve workforce-related tickets in a timely manner
Monitor staffing levels, performance metrics in real time to adjust as needed
Collaborate on reskilling initiatives based on business priorities

Required

Proficiency in Salesforce and generating Salesforce reports

Queue Management (Advanced)
Ticketing System (Intermediate)
Previous experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or similar field preferred
