Responsibilities
Design and implement automated ELT/ETL pipelines for new and existing data sources
Build and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting
Develop, document, and manage data engineering processes and tooling
Ensure data security, access controls, and documentation best practices
Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to support data needs
Recommend improvements to data architecture, tools, and workflows
Manage and optimize orchestration and scheduling of data pipelines
Qualification
Required
Candidates for this role must have a Green Card or be a US Citizen
6–8+ years of overall professional experience
3+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
Strong SQL experience for transforming and loading data
Experience building and managing ETL/ELT pipelines
Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT, Dagster, Astronomer, etc.)
Experience working with large, messy datasets from multiple sources
Experience with PostgreSQL and MPP-style databases
Beginner–intermediate Python experience
Strong data modeling fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with healthcare data is ideal
