Responsibilities

Collaborate with the A&D team to develop and evaluate new prospects and acquisitions
Build processes to incorporate market and public data into internal analysis for an ever-evolving integrated energy company
Prepare presentations and generate analyses for various projects, including investor meetings and internal valuations
Assist the FP&A team in generating and maintaining models based on financial research & analysis, operations data, and reserve reports, including ad hoc projects
Continuously improve, automate, and simplify processes to help analysis and decision making
Perform additional duties and tasks as needed

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of relevant work experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, or Operational Finance roles
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and has the ability to learn industry-specific accounting and other software systems
Proven work ethic, initiative, and communication skills
Ability to work well independently and within groups, and move fluidly between deep analysis and practical decision support
Comfortable operating with incomplete information in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Possesses a strong interest in the Oil and Gas Industry
