Own ERP strategy, roadmap, and governance

Lead end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementation

Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations leaders

Manage system integrators and ERP vendors

Drive process standardization, change management, and user adoption

Ensure data integrity, integrations, and regulatory compliance (FDA/USDA)
