Responsibilities

Manage multiple medium-sized projects and ad hoc requests with critical deadlines

Coordinate matrixed resources across business support groups

Facilitate meetings to ensure consensus on issues and requirements

Document and monitor project issues and risks

Maintain detailed project documentation and records

Act as a single point of contact for all testing deliverables

Lead defect triage meetings and ensure test scripts are refined to address defects

Apply structured project management methodologies effectively

Negotiate with stakeholders to reach agreements that meet organizational needs
