Qualification
Required
Experience in data recruitment
Ability to manage a multi-million-dollar desk
Proven track record in direct-hire recruitment
Experience working with Tier-1 clients in Financial Services
Strong performance in a recruitment role
Ability to shape and grow a recruitment practice
Leadership skills to build and scale a team
Experience in placing candidates in Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and Private Equity firms
