Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of relevant work experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex systems solutions
Demonstrated strong business knowledge, particularly within the Financial Services industry. Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred
Concepts and experience with general coding (e.g., scripting, understanding code logic for reverse engineering) is a significant plus. Experience with API specifications (REST, JSON) is also beneficial
Must be highly proficient in writing and executing complex SQL queries for data analysis, data mapping, and reporting. Strong understanding of relational database schemas and SQL management tools is essential
Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including scripting and complex query writing
Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
Proven ability to analyze data, design relational databases, and translate business needs into technical solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams
Project management skills
Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation and process improvement is a plus
Foundational programming knowledge and scripting experience are beneficial
Experience with the .NET framework
Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases
Exposure to Snowflake and Tableau for data warehousing and reporting
Experience with AWS cloud services
Strong business knowledge within the Financial Services industry is essential for this role
Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred and will be a strong advantage
