Responsibilities

Creating, editing, and formatting legal documents and presentations using MS Office Suite
Applying advanced document formatting techniques
Converting documents across software applications and preparing fillable PDFs
Troubleshooting and resolving document issues, including file recovery
Supporting document production for closings and filings

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with legal terminology and document standards
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred

Preferably 3+ years of experience specifically in a law firm
Bachelor's degree
Certifications in advanced document processing tools are a plus
Proficiency in additional legal software
Strong client service orientation
