Mid, Senior LevelLDX Digital is seeking an IT and Security Lead to manage their internal IT and security systems. The role involves overseeing security management, providing technical support, and optimizing systems while ensuring compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities
Own the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of all internal IT and security systems across the company
Monitor security systems daily to detect, prevent, and respond to potential threats, vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access
Implement and maintain security best practices across devices, tools, access controls, and credentials
Manage user access, permissions, and off-boarding to ensure data protection and compliance
Proactively identify and mitigate technical or security risks before they impact operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT and technical support needs
Diagnose and resolve issues related to devices, software, access, integrations, and connectivity
Support team members with troubleshooting across core tools such as ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Hubstaff, Bitwarden, and other internal platforms
Document recurring issues and solutions to improve efficiency and reduce repeat disruptions
Provide technical support to the Funnels team when issues arise related to tracking, scripts, integrations, or platform limitations
Use basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals) to troubleshoot funnel-related issues and unblock execution when needed
Assist with debugging scripts, tags, and integrations across funnel platforms
Collaborate with Funnel Leads and Strategists to ensure technical setups align with performance and compliance requirements
Support the setup and maintenance of internal automations related to security, access management, monitoring, and workflows
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive technical tasks and improve system reliability
Ensure automations are secure, reliable, and properly documented
Create and maintain clear documentation for IT systems, security processes, and troubleshooting workflows
Establish and enforce IT and security SOPs that support scalability and consistency
Educate team members on security best practices and proper tool usage
Qualification
Required
Strong background in IT, systems administration, or technical operations
Experience managing security tools, access controls, and monitoring systems in a remote environment
Basic coding experience, with the ability to troubleshoot HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrations
Comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members
High attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
