Responsibilities

Workflow analysis and physician/associate training in all aspects of clinical applications

Develops and supports new computer applications for the Imaging Services department

Revises and supports existing software applications as needed to stay up-to-date on all upgrades for equipment associated with PACS as well as other associated IT supporting products

Acts as a liaison between Imaging Services/Cancer Pavilion, hospital departments and physicians

Offers IT support to physicians on and off campus and to individuals in the community. Effectively performs vendor management and relations

Oversees system upgrades

Assists with revenue cycle including chargemaster, and outstanding/denied accounts in internal charge capture systems
