Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic and trusted partner to the Clubs Operations team
Lead a broad range of HR responsibilities with a service-oriented and business-focused mindset
Proactively support leaders and associates by providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, compensation, staffing, and organizational effectiveness
Manage complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and ensure consistent application of company policies and employment laws while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Centers of Expertise to lead recruiting efforts, support onboarding, and help drive impactful talent management initiatives
Anticipate business needs, influence people strategies, and deliver thoughtful HR solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
Multi-site HR experience required
Strong working knowledge of California state and federal employment laws
Proficient with HRIS systems
Proven success managing employee relations and high-volume recruiting
Familiarity with modern HR practices (Talent Management, Change Leadership, Leader Development)
Strong business acumen, curiosity, and learning agility
Manufacturing environment with extended periods of standing and walking
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business and employee needs

Preferred

PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Moderate to proficient Spanish fluency highly preferred
Experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments preferred
