Responsibilities
You’ll spend your time balancing hands-on problem solving with leadership and guidance
That means digging into complex I&C issues, helping shape maintenance strategies that reduce downtime, and mentoring technicians so best practices actually stick
You’ll also play a role in planning, documentation, and continuous improvement, not just fixing what’s broken, but helping prevent it from breaking again
You’ll ensure systems meet industry standards, support audits and inspections, and keep equipment history and maintenance records clean and accurate
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and procurement teams to improve equipment performance, manage parts and inventory needs, and support smarter maintenance execution overall
Qualification
Required
15+ years of hands-on I&C experience, with deep exposure to measurement systems
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; you're comfortable leading the tough ones
Advanced understanding of control systems architecture and field instrumentation
Experience coordinating maintenance work to minimize downtime and improve reliability
Comfort working with vendors and contracts, including interface and oversight
Ability (and willingness) to mentor technicians and guide best practices in the field
Preferred
Bachelor's or Associate degree in a relevant technical discipline preferred
Equivalent real-world experience absolutely counts
