Responsibilities
Strategizing to establish key relationships, building and maintaining a project pipeline and delivering customer targets effectively
Partnering with pre-sales to educate customers on Akamai services and solutions to make the best recommendations for their needs
Maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and growth based on the customer's needs and business requirements
Being the central point of contact for the customer and cross-functional teams
Owning program management and being a trusted advisor in ensuring customers get maximum value from our solutions
Qualification
Required
Have US citizenship, due to the nature of our client base
Demonstrate a deep understanding of consulting process to identify the best solutions and ensure customer success
Show experience of managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully
Demonstrate understanding of network technologies, web performance, web security, methodologies or architectures
Be a natural communicator with an ability to build trusting relationships and ensuring customer success
Be a team player with an ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Possess a technical aptitude and a desire to constantly learn new technologies
