Attorney
Responsibilities
Manage personal injury case files from start to finish with minimal supervision
Evaluate potential claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients
Draft, review, and modify legal documents: claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, etc
Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate
Maintain accurate case status updates in the case management system
Qualification
Required
Active license to practice law in Texas (must be verified via Texas Bar and Google)
Entry-level attorneys welcome —must have a strong desire to work in Personal Injury law
Willingness to work on-site initially, with potential for hybrid after approximately 6 months
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's Degree, Law School Degree, and Texas Bar License required
Bar License in the State of Texas (Required)
Preferred
2–3 years of related experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong interest in P.I. will be considered
