Support Services Analyst
The State of South Dakota is seeking a Support Services Analyst to join their Bureau of Information and Technology. This role involves providing excellent customer service through imaging and deploying computers, troubleshooting hardware/software failures, and assisting users during deployments.

Required
Associates Degree or 2 years work experience in a related computer support field
Microsoft Operating Systems
Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
Active Directory
Microsoft Azure Entra ID
ability to work effectively alone or in a team environment
ability to identify and resolve hardware/software issues on various computer hardware platforms
ability to create and document
skill to interface with users via our service delivery system, telephone, chat, or electronic mail
communicate well both verbally and in written form
manage time, prioritize work and complete work within assigned timeframes
provide quality customer service
knowledge in the operation of computers and networking
