Responsibilities

Lead affluent homeowner relationships from consultation to walkthrough, closing contracts while protecting margins, design intent, and client satisfaction
Direct estate-level design and execution —hardscape, water features, planting, lighting, grading, drainage—managing schedules, crews, subs, quality, and standards of craftsmanship, safety, and constructibility
Accountable financial/operational excellence refining systems and processes in estimating, job costing, and KPI’s utilizing Aspire

Qualification

Landscape Architecture DegreeSales LeadershipDesign Documentation SkillsAutoCAD ProficiencyCRM ProficiencyClient Relationship ManagementProject ManagementTeam Collaboration

Required

Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field; professional licensure strongly preferred
Proven sales leadership and profitable delivery track record in premium residential/estate markets
Advanced design and construction documentation skills (e.g., AutoCAD), proficiency with Aspire or CRM equivalent
